Chronic contraction of the organic tissue such as muscle, tendon even organ tissue will lead to vital energy freezing up or stagnating. This will block normal blood circulation, which means blocked vital energy circulation to the specific area and disease will appear in time if the chronic contraction is not resolved or the stagnation itself.
