Life force is cosmic energy

The life force or the vital energy in our body is the same with that of cosmic energy. This cosmic, vital force is self - aware or we can say self - conscious. When the body is exposed to this energy, the cellular and organic functions in the body will automatically react and respond to the stimulation. When the life force in the body is excited and its vibrations increased it will have the same effect on the body and its functions, meaning it will increase its mental and physical functions leading to healing and a vibrant  being. This is a simple explanation of how healing happens and starts on an energetic level.
