I have had chronic back issues going back for many years. Tried many different things with little results. I got your DVD in the mail 2 weeks ago and I was exited to watch it. I started watching it and one of a sudden my back got very hot and I started to feel some shooting pain, lasting for a few moments but it was interesting that it happened in different places throughout my back each time, I had never felt that kind of sensations before. They were not very painful and I know pain. After finishing watching the DVD I felt like I was floating in the air. My back felt a little sore but not painful. I went to sleep. The next morning I could not believe how I was feeling. The lightness and lack of pain and tension in my back was unbelievable. This has not happened in many, many months. Now I follow the instructions on the DVD and I really don't experience back pain as I used to, not even close. I feel that in 2 weeks I have improved dramatically and I know that soon my back will heal completely. Thank you so much.....
